Our Team
Robin is the Founder and CEO of Correct Compliance. With over 20 years of experience in Ontario's warehousing and logistics industry, Robin has developed a wide range of expertise in occupational health & safety management.

After working with leading companies in the industry and graduating with a degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Conestoga College, Robin founded Correct Compliance with the goal of helping businesses gain compliance with Ontario's occupational legislation and create safer, healthier work environments. Robin is also a certified CRST, a 3M Safety Training Certified Instructor, and JHSC certified.

As CEO and Lead Trainer, Robin is passionate about safety and building lasting relationships with clients. Through Correct Compliance, Robin has helped numerous businesses educate their employees and acheive greater safety records.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys reading books on business and leadership, spending time with her two dogs and husband, and is the President of her local non-profit softball league.

Shaelyn is the Health & Safety Coordinator for Correct Compliance. With 10 years of experience in Ontario's warehousing and logistics and retail industries, Shaelyn is experienced with occupational health & safety management in Ontario.​

Outside of work Shaelyn enjoys camping and hiking with her dog, volunteering at her local library and reading.
